Flats Flats Flats

What someone seems to forget while updating their style is the flats that they live in everyday. We are so consumed with the "heel" that we seem to forget the main element that helps us survive day to day life on the streets. I managed to sneak in a few flats that happen to be in this season. No matter what color, shade, shape or material... flats are a girls best friend!

Gold Reflections

After watching the sequel to Sex and the City, I fell in love with Carrie's gold aviators that opened the movie. Although SJP's are Mykita sunglasses, my latest purchase was a gold pair of Ray Ban aviators that reflect gold each time the sun is shining!

Summer Wear!

Being back home made me realize that even though the fashion world is anticipating the rain and below negative degrees the sun is still out and the bathing suits aren't going anywhere for a while!
It's all about the print this summer, but you can still go back to solid colors which will help make your tan glow! Don't be afraid to go wild with bikini prints or colors because let's face it, it's going to be on you all day while you are at the beach or the pool attracting the right attention that you need!

Right here are the bolds and the solids!

French Dressing

As I mentioned earlier, French girls have this specific way of dressing. It's all about sophisticated, smart and feminine dressing. But how do they do it? These are just a few looks that could help give you a push to start heading down that road. A jean shirt paired with black pants, a sweatshirt tucked into gray jeans and stilettos, a blazer paired with a satin skirt and white t-shirt and ruffled shirts tucked into tight pants - are all a few elements that could be paired together in order to make the look tres chic. Don't be afraid to add sophisticated and feminine pieces together to make your look stronger!

C'est tres chic!

Passing by Paris en route back home, I managed to squeeze in any sort of non-touristic activities that required me to look Parisien chic. Lunch on l'Avenue and dinner at The Costes helped me glimpse at the uber-chic french people who manage to facinate me every time I drop by this glamourous city. Cargo pants paired with loose t's and stilletos, tailored shorts paired with white shirts and black blazers and the always attracting haute couture dress with jeans jacket topped off with Havainas are just ways that these people survive day by day. With the Scorching heat and humid thunderstorms one must only be prepared by carrying an umbrella even if your wearing a mini skirt with clogs, weather will never stop these people from living glamorously. The food, vintage stores and museums make me wonder it would be like to live in a city like this, it is indeed livable for me personally and you never know, maybe one day I will be blogging from my apartment on Saint Germain.
